ArtWorker Technology builds AI-driven image-processing systems, workflow automation and custom software. We are the engineering division of ArtWorker — a group of art studios creating mosaics since 2011.
Our story
The name is not a metaphor. ArtWorker began as a working art studio, and everything we build in software comes from what we learned making real images with our hands.
A group of art workshops founded in 2011: mosaic panels for interiors, façades and public spaces, restoration of monumental art, an in-house smalt glass production, a mosaic school and a materials store.
Established in 2026 as a separate company in Abu Dhabi. We turn the studio’s know-how — colour, composition, material, production logistics — into AI systems, automations and products for creative and manufacturing businesses.
What we build
We work on the full path from raw pixels to a product people use — models, pipelines, interfaces and the automation around them.
Pipelines that analyse, transform and generate images: segmentation, palette extraction, colour quantisation, style mapping, upscaling and batch processing at scale.
From prompt to production-ready output. We wrap LLM and diffusion models into real applications with accounts, billing, moderation and analytics.
Bots, integrations and AI agents that remove manual steps from production, sales and back-office processes — CRM, messengers, spreadsheets, ERP.
Web applications, Telegram mini apps, dashboards, calculators and APIs — designed and engineered end to end, from data model to pixel.
Recognition, measurement and layout systems for artistic production: material estimation, tile mapping, quality control, digitisation of physical works.

Flagship product
Andamento turns a photo or a text description into a production-ready mosaic sketch. Choose a technique — classic, artistic or matrix — pick a palette of real smalt colours, set module size and grout width, and get a cartoon with material and grout calculators built in.
It is exactly what the studio needed for fifteen years and could never buy. So we built it: the image-processing engine, the generation pipeline, the colour library, the web application and the Telegram mini app — all in-house.
